"While purchasing a new helmet at the Peoria, AZ Cycle Gear, I mentioned that the helmet I was wearing was fraying at the straps. The manager looked at it and deemed it a warranty problem. He checked his stock and found he was out of my size. He then called the Surprise store and found they had it in stock. He volunteered to have it shipped to the Peoria store and I volunteered to ride to the Surprise store. Upon my arrival, the manager had my new helmet ready and waiting for me. I had no forms to fill out nor questions to answer and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Cycle Gear is a great place to do business."
